1.Check Your Tracking Link First:

If your inquiry is about where your package is, please check the automated tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number before reaching out. Most transit details update live every 12 hours.

2.Email Us with Order ID:

For order modifications, cancellations, or return requests, please drop an email to pavani.stylepop@gmail.com. Make sure to mention your Order ID (e.g., #SP1024) in the subject line for priority handling.

3.Resolution Protocol:

Our support executives will review your ticket and provide an update, resolution timeline, or return shipping authorization details directly to your inbox.

 

Important Notes for Customers:

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be sent via email within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an item is dispatched to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.

  • Return Requests: Please do not send items back to the origin address on the shipping label without getting an official approval email from us first. Our fulfillment facilities cannot process unauthorized returns.
