Stylepop — Return and Refund Policy
At Stylepop, we want you to love what you order! However, since we operate on a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model, we follow a strict but fair policy to ensure structural transparency for our customers and protect our service quality.
Please read through our guidelines carefully before initiating a return request.
1. The Return Window

Eligible Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Damaged / Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video proof.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be approved for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following baseline conditions:

The item must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and original protective packaging must be fully intact.

Outer packaging boxes or bags must not be discarded until you are sure about the product.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear, swimwear, jewelry, cosmetics, personalized items, or products purchased during clearance/final flash sales.

Once your return is inspected and approved, the money will be returned to you based on your original payment method:

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): The refund is credited back directly to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid via COD, we will issue your refund via an Online Bank Transfer (NEFT) or as a Digital Store Credit Voucher (valid for 1 year), according to your preference. You will be required to securely share your bank account details via email when requested.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: If the error is ours (damaged package or completely wrong item received), Stylepop will bear 100% of the return pickup and replacement costs.

Size/Preference Changes: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, sizing preferences, or subjective fit issues, a nominal processing/restocking fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund amount to offset reverse logistics.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, cancellations are not permitted, and you will have to wait for the package to arrive to initiate a standard return.
