Stylepop — Shipping and Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at Stylepop! We partner with trusted manufacturing facilities and reliable national courier networks across India to deliver your items as efficiently as possible.
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your package travels from our partners to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Zones and Locations

We ship to thousands of pin codes across Pan-India.

If your location is considered a remote area or a restricted zone by our logistics partners (e.g., specific deep rural pockets or high-altitude regions), delivery might take an additional 2 to 3 business days. If we cannot service your pin code, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.

Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India when payment is completed via UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Cards.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat COD handling fee of ₹49 is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders at checkout. This fee covers the extra processing overhead charged by our logistics partners for cash collections.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To protect our store against fake orders and high shipping returns, all COD orders are subject to mandatory verification.

After placing a COD order, you will receive an automated confirmation request via WhatsApp, an IVR phone call, or a direct call from our team.

Orders will only be dispatched after successful verification. Unverified or incomplete address orders will be canceled after 48 hours.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package leaves the fulfillment facility, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email to pavani.stylepop@gmail.com (or to your phone via SMS/WhatsApp) containing your tracking link and Tracking ID. You can monitor its progress in real-time.
6. Lost, Misrouted, or Damaged Shipments

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrived visibly crushed, torn, or open, please do not accept the delivery from the courier executive and contact us immediately. If accepted, please record an unboxing video showing the condition of the box and product.

Lost Shipments: If a shipment stops updating for more than 5 consecutive days during transit, we will open an investigation with the courier partner. If it is deemed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a 100% refund immediately.
7. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery (Return to Origin)
Our delivery executives will make up to 3 delivery attempts to reach you. If you are unavailable, or if the provided address/phone number is incorrect, the package will be marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO) and shipped back to the hub.

For Prepaid Orders returned via RTO due to customer unavailability or wrong address details, a re-shipping fee of ₹99 may be applied to dispatch it a second time.
